Rather Weak Re-Make
This 1934 re-make of the 1931 film "Fighting Caravans" which starred Gary Cooper, is a much shorter and much less involved version than the original and with a load of stock footage edited in to boot. It's O.K. Randolph Scott is very good in an early role, but with little to do. Olin Howlin and Raymond Hatton are almost unrecognizable in their frontiersman make-up and only mildly amusing, for them.
This is a very old, very dark and murky TV print. Watch it to see a relic. Curiosity value only.
